Bradders Ltd have just repaired our Johnson & Starley Warm Air Heating System. From start to finish of the repair Pete and Taylor diagnosed and corrected all the faults in the most professional manner. They always explained exactly what the faults were and the proposed resolution. In addition Barbara provided updated costs so that we were able to confidently proceed. In addition Barbara in the office was so very helpful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Pete, Taylor and Barbara thank you so much for all your help. A real Five Star Service. I contacted Bradders to repair a leaking radiator. An engineer attended at approximately 4pm but no repair was carried out. The engineer was on site for around four minutes before advising that a quotation would be required before any work could be booked. Despite the radiator actively leaking, the visit concluded without any repair being undertaken. I was then informed that I needed to accept the quotation before appointment dates could be generated despite not knowing whether the dates would be suitable. Once the dates became available, the earliest appointment was more than three and a half weeks away. As the radiator was actively leaking, this was simply not a realistic option and I had to arrange for another plumber to attend. The disappointing part is that I was charged for attendance and diagnosis rather than having the issue resolved. Another plumber subsequently attended and completed the repair within an hour of arriving. The repair involved replacing the failed section of pipework, re-soldering the joints, refilling the system and adding inhibitor. I ultimately paid Bradders despite no repair being carried out during their visit and then had to pay a second plumber to actually resolve the issue. We recently had a new boiler and full heating system installed and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual and took the time to explain the options before beginning the work. Installation was completed efficiently with great attention to detail and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. The new system is running perfectly heating is more consistent, hot water is immediate and the overall setup looks neat and well finished. Bradders have done a few jobs for us including a new boiler and heating pump. Always very friendly and polite. Spoke through options and very happy to explain everything.
